About Me

Following 13 years of training as a pre-professional ballet dancer I switched gears to be a collegiate swimmer and diver. Throughout my time in sports, I experienced a number of injuries. This lead me to go on to seek a master’s degree in the field of exercise physiology with an emphasis on injuries, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. In 2017, I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a M.S. in Exercise Science. I have since gone on to work as a tier 3 Equinox (luxury gym) personal trainer for 3 years. During this time I studied under a message therapist. Following my time at Equinox, I ventured out on my own to start my The OC Physio while also working part-time with StretchLab as a Flexologist.

Today, I am an exercise physiologist and personal trainer who’s made it her life’s mission to provide compassionate care and support to everyone. With 6 years of experience in exercise physiology my career allows me to provide you with the highest quality stretching, strength and toning, pain management, and rehabilitation. I’m dedicated to providing you with the best care and support that you need to recover from an injury or illness and enhance your lifestyle, no matter your age!
